Again, your timeline is off. Kim inherited a program coming off 6 straight seasons of at least 23 wins. That is an easy to confirm fact. Then in 2016 he and Rhoades elected to vacate the 23 wins from the 2013-14 season. He did not inherit a program in such a state.
