Why did that not end up in the charging documents?

Why would the police leave something like that out?

Why wasn't that listed as the cause of death or the mode of death?

Why did the officers involved in his arrest ask dispatch for 2 different incident report numbers then only reference 1 of them after the fact?

Why did the police lie so many times about the timeline of events that took place and the available evidence of what took place?

Why was raw CCTV video not provided to the public? Why were the CCTV videos put out by BPD altered?

Why were there so many cameras not working during that time?
