that's not how drugs are sold on Baltimore Streets. There's a spot that has a stash, which is a large amount bags. The runner goes to the stash after he is signaled by the man taking money and takes the buy to the buyer. The Wire's portrayal of it is pretty accurate.
Again, the times he sold and was arrested were not in situations like this. He also never had a history of resisting arrest.
There is very little evidence to suggest he was selling that morning.
Why was the shift supervisor out cruising the neighborhood on a bike that morning?
