the people, even some repubs, who say it is essentially to "get them to the table", we "need to negotiate", blah, blah.

How stupidly naive can people get. Negotiate with ill dum one? Get friggin' real. He and any tyrant like him will, as they always do, lie to their advantage. He's already done it.

Tell him what we'll do if he casts a shadow too close to us and leave it at that. Only adequate force is noticed by a bully, even one that pathological - so long as he thinks we'll use it.
