difference between rights and laws.
State constitutions call education a "right" - and it forces other people to provide funding (taxation, money taken by force) and people to do the educating.
If it requires other people to do it, it isn't a right.
Go back to jail, don't collect $200 and learn what rights are (and aren't).
According to Obamacare, Healthcare is now a "right" - it's law, afterall, right, until it is repealed, then POOF - that "right" is gone.
Rights are inherent, not transient and not based on whatever law is current.
