Cop, out of uniform, confronts woman. Curses her out, she calls the police, and she gets arrested for "evading arrest". She fights it, he admits she was arrested for not giving him "the proper respect" for his position. Again, he is not in uniform. He probably lacks the credentials to get a good job outside of gov't, so they give him a job making more money...

And he has a room full of supporters.. they love it..
