People falling over dead because of the crummy healthcare system we had? Despite the people who came here from all over the world to use the dreadful and fatal healthcare system we had, you couldn't walk outside without stepping over dead bodies of people who were uninsured.

Then Obama came along and fixed everything. Plus everybody saved a lot of money and kept their doctor and their plan. It was perfect.
