Yeah, it's the law, and the law is a ****ed up embarrassment and enforcing it like this is even worse.

"lane violation" as a cause to find out if something bad is going on, then when it isn't, busting a kid for pretty much being responsible.

It's a ****ing travesty and an embarrassment.
