The first is whether Russia interfered with the 2016 Presidential election. That investigation is mostly concluded, and it is FACT that Russia did interfere. Even Congressional Republicans agree with this.

The second is whether Trump and/or his campaign colluded with the Russians on that interference. That investigation is ongoing.

The third is whether Trump obstructed justice by interfering with the second investigation. That investigation is also ongoing.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
