You need to tame those voices in your head. It's almost like you're typing the inner-voices out verbatim as you hear them, for all of us to read and laugh at. But to be honest, I don't find it funny or amusing anymore. Your posts genuinely make me feel sorry for you now, as I've realized they derive from severe mental illnesses.
