That deal didn't imply "free trade", ummmmm.

Trump (states) his goal is to pursue what you want. I make no comment as to the veracity of his words; but he isn't removing the deal with a stated purpose of stopping trade between americans and cubans.

he's been stating in every forum and publicly he revoked the deal to improve it in the way you seek.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
