And will be top 10 in every recruiting ranking if he stays in 2018, but he won't. Players with those rankings tend to be 1 and done players.

His game fits with how the game is moving to. Skilled bigs. Think of NBA players like Kevin Love and Mark Gasol

As for not being a dominant rebounder, that's been one of the primary drivers in Jontay soaring up the rankings. He is second in the EYBL in rebounds.
