you focus only on the things he needs to work on, and give him no credit for the things he did well, like scoring against SEC competition, and being a scrappy player that drives opponents nuts at times.

I wouldn't judge him based on one year in Kim's system, it often takes a JUCO player a year to get adjusted. Geist is a rare JUCO that came in as a soph, not a junior like most do. I expect him to improve upon those things next year with a real coach, real role and direction.
