Defensively he can't keep anyone in front of him, his lateral quickness is too limited at this level. His drives to the basket are out of control and border on flopping as he hurtles himself toward the rim, and they often result with him hitting the bottom of the backboard or rim with the shot because he gets no elevation. He would be an effective player at a lower level, but his lack of athleticism at this level essentially forces him to play out of control to compensate.
