I bet from now until school starts again here on campus we'll have a group of motivated, team first young men each working hard at establishing/defining their roles to make us super successful come Fall.

This work during the Summer and what can be accomplished it equally important for both the newcomers and the guys already here. A shame a certain person can't be around, in some capacity, anyway, to feel the pride and satisfaction that comes along with individual sacrifice, coming together as a team. Yes, the whole process, everything about it, right in Kim Anderson's wheelhouse.
