brings in money to StL through hotels, restaurants, jobs, etc... and would be self-sufficient through taxes on ticket sales; I'd be open to hear more.

In addition, as a venue there could be a whole lot more than just soccer. Concerts, special events, collegiate games, high school games, etc..
