understand the small brained simpletons who say it's "honoring" or "celebrating" slavery.

Why isn't a matter of celebrating being the only country in the history of Earth to have fought a civil war which ended slavery??!!

A matter of something this country overcame & flourished to become even greater (generally speaking).

620,000 fellow American citizens died in the Civil War to end Slavery. That is 24,000 less American citizens that have died in all of this countries wars combined!!

It is definitely worth documenting, memorializing & preserving its history!
