element of the crime with which HRC was accused of violating. So...i'm not so certain he has demonstrated a mastery of criminal law that's anything near my expertise. no i'm not an attorney. BUT i have trained other countries prosecutors and police on criminal law and investigations. subject matter expert. that's right. boom.
