coaches at D1 schools are judged on one thing eventually...wins.
They can stabilize programs, they can create a positive culture, they can work harder than anyone else, etc.
But they are paid a lot of money to win and put people in seats. And they are not given year after year to do it.
That's the game at this level. It's not shocking or unexpected.
