health insurance is a right of every american and illegal alien?

Is it your opinion that no person, citizen or illegal alien should suffer because of this?

The reason i ask and pardon the generalization, socialists and libs legislate based on anecdotes. A person in butt lick arkansas is worse off because of....some bizarre unforeseen circumstances. One person out of 310,000,000 is moderately worse off. So write a new law affecting all 310,000,000 because of one unfortunate person.

As they did with the original obamacare, ruining the best HC in the world for 85% of citizens who loved it in order to insure with cruddy care, everyone including illegal aliens.

Or do the greatest good for the greatest number and deal with the outliers separately.
