That's the whole crux of this argument. With Obamacare, everyone pays for it with their premiums and the rich pay a higher part. With Trumpcare everyone is going to pay for it with increased costs from hospitals who have to recoup unpaid bills and our taxes will be paying the high-risk pools. Trumpcare is shifting the burden to the low and middle class and poor republicans in Trump country will be the ones paying more.
