The Enhanced Interrogation Techniques approved for use by the US did not rise to the definition of torture under International Law. You may be 'outraged' by the techniques, but they are neither illegal nor immoral.

I think many of the Gitmo guys were illegal enemy combatant and should have been tried for war crimes, not indefinitely held.
