Neither are safe for driving.
Cannabis (and other drugs) are generally underreported amongst those driving under the influence compared to alcohol, due to the ease of measuring alcohol intoxication.

Neither weed nor alcohol are performance-enhancing drugs.

Cannabis use does not increase brain performance. Cannabis, when smoked, like all things smoked, also not great for the lungs.
