When some writer for Rolling Stone says he takes 2 hits off a joint offered by Willie Nelson and can't manage to talk for the next 2 hours I really don't think he should be driving.


But the same apologists will defend stoned driving as being much safer than drunk driving.


But at least some of us are aware of thr truth.
