Factor in Tilmon staying at Illinois, doesnt it make more sense that he (Tilmon) wouldve stayed commited and simply recruited his "good friend" to Illinois?

He didnt decommit because Smith wasnt coming. So doubtful Smith going there has ANY bearing on his decision.
