"nearly all of the judges" being elected in MO.

The largest counties use the Missouri Court Plan, as well as the appellate courts and the Supreme Court.

The 110 counties that use elections are the small counties which likely have 1 or 2 judges split between 3 counties.

Without doing the math, I would venture to guess that more than 51% of the Missouri judges are chosen by the Missouri court plan.
