negatives in my opinion.

KC teachers are not part of the Missouri system and they do pay into social security for some reason. It was a bad decision to do so because it delays a large portion of their retirement funds. I can draw a full retirement from KCSD at 55 but have to wait at least ten more years to access the rest that is wrapped up in SS. It is not a huge deal because I am still working across the state line and do not need all those funds but I am sure there are many who do.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
