Serious risk adjusted alpha to the S&p500 over the long haul (Warren Buffet as the best example) but your odds of successfully finding one of these guys to deliver stellar returns over the next 20-30 years is like finding a needle in a haystack. I use index funds for 75-80% of my investments but have 7-10 individual names primarily in tech that I mainly buy and hold (aapl nflx goog fb, etc)

Please explain why this message is being reported.
