Natural rights are discovered through reason and logical deduction.
Since it apparently matters to you, it is the same way that most geometrical proofs are "discovered", and I am certain you wouldn't cast geometrical proofs aside as nothing but dumb human constructs.

Pickle and I don't give a mystical origin. We correctly note that natural rights are an inherent part of human nature. Nothing mystical about it, just another part of nature.
