Population loss/exodus. Hemorraging both Population & Corporations/Jobs!

Most of the California population & Company/Business migration has been coming to Texas to boot for years now!

Texas one of the highest standards of living!!

Also, oops: Not only does Texas have the fastest growing city in the US but also 5 of the top 11 fastest growing cities :)!!
