which is not, even usually, a lie and anyway I didn't pay much attention to what Trump said, for reasons I've given often. His main problem is spouting off without knowing what the hell he's talking about. Healthcare an obvious example, as I always knew. Also changing tax code, which probably will be minimal.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
