Video of the attempted robbery/car jacking in Shawnee just under a year ago as part of an after-action briefing.


Said the woman who was loading groceries in the back of her car and who was the robbery victim was armed, but her gun was in her purse on the car seat.

The good samaritan emptied his gun and reloaded during the firefight.

There were close to 40 people in the parking lot who were armed.
