I think that we are eternal and require no outside agency - such as a saviour to save. I cannot figure what we are being saved from. HOWEVER - in FAITH may you be healed and in FAITH enriched in your inner life. I guess conviction and Faith help us to live. In the 'Gita, Krishna - posing as a charioteer for Arjuna tells Arjuna that whatever is has always been and will always be. That is sound for me. Further - that that person not connected or absorbed in thought by the results of his actions is holy to me. This is in line with Buddhist thought to be PRESENT always. So many lovely traditions.

Blessings thus in your celebratory rituals. It is Love that is the the Imperative.
