thing, which would very simply solve about 90% of the problem. Just don't board everyone until the airline KNOWS it has the room. Once on, they stay on. But if not, then at least do NOT use cops to unload them.

Sometimes big co. execs aren't much smarter than the average gov't bureaucrat. And thats a low bar.
