This has already been reported, the difficulty this GOP has in putting sht together that isn't simply being obstructive. Little will get by without the dreadful Freedom Caucus coming on board and to get them on board you lose the middle - so you lose the bill.
Oh, and you 18 months to get some real success going, b/c the majority will be gone in 18 months.
How do we know that? Historically parties with a potus at less that 50% lose a bunch of seats. Trump isn't even sniffing 40%, let along majority approval. The vote in Kansas district showed well what is to come. In an area that enjoys a 30% edge - the vote came in around 6-8. AND THAT is in GOP Central. So the midterms will lose the GOP majority.
Again, you have 18 months with freedom caucus anchor that will make doing anything substantial difficult at best.
