The ACA made it obsolete by:

1) Requiring every American to have insurance.
2) Requiring EVERY insurance company to provide preventative and diagnostic services at no cost (no co-pay/no deductible.

What does PPH do (except abortions) that is not covered FOR FREE by para 2?
