they will now pay what day owe, does not make them relevant. Just keeps them honest.

No major disagreement here, it's just that I don't want to see campaigners using the campaign to the American people, as negotiating positions to be changed once elected.

When the situation changes, and that change modifies the campaign position, that should be acknowledged.

Politicians tend to spin things and re-define what they said in the campaign.

Trump is sometimes a bit too casual with his speaking. That is part of his charm and appeal, it is also a problem on occasion. The world reacts to the words of the president of the United States. They should be candid and honest and a bit more carefully chosen at times.
