The argument was: perhaps the way they are measuring this is false.

A one month change does not represent a trend. Especially, as they said, this metric is not easily measured. Still, good news for our border security. No one should be entering the country illegally, and its not surprising that illegal immigration is down considering the tougher stance this administration has had.
