and shreds the canard that Trump is in the bag for Putin. Let's hope war with Russia isn't the cost. The altright was useful to Trump during the election but remains baggage while governing. The neocons remain the dominate culture in DC.
It has the neocons of both parties happy but is still criticized by rank and file dems who would be applauding the move with Hillary as President.
