Once again, Socialists, liberals, and idiots invoke the constitution only when convenient. And when they do, they get it wrong.
The precedent has been long established that presidents may take unilateral action on their command, for limited responses. Been going on for 30 years.
When a military response is needed immediately, do you want to wait a week to get Bernie Sanders and Claire McCaskill to go along? Chuckie Schumer uses delay tactics for the purpose of… Delaying, and hurting the president. You want that body to make this decision?
Wild Bill Clinton did not get congressional approval before bombing an aspirin factory and Africa.
Hussein Obama did not go to Congress to get authorization to assassinate Osama bin laden.
