the could of had a cache of weapons including chlorine cannisters or sarin cannisters. The 1Turkish doctors smelled Chlorine on the bodies . Also there is a possibility that some agent of some country new that the syrians were planning an attack and simultaneously a chlorine canister. What would Assad have to gain for doing. this The Russians have an agenda. Why would he upset their agenda.
