Oh yeah I remember! Because it was in reality a slush fund the the Clintons used peddle influence and pay off political allies.

The fact that it was shut down so quickly after she lost power is proof positive that it was NEVER a charatible organization. If that were actually it's function then the Clinton's have more time than ever before to run it and continue it's good works. But if it were in fact just a slush fund used to pedal political influence then it would have zero value after Hillary lost her bid for the White House.
