the suspect was stoned and drunk.

His court-ordered psych eval said sober he was no threat to anyone. Get him high and drunk and he was capable of murder.


Not his first rodeo. Awaiting sentencing on another burglary at a school where he had broken in and killed a classroom pet rabbit. Cut off its head and swapped it with the head of a plastic bunny.

I bet he was as sober as a judge then.
