the stupid are the ones who get caught with pot.

If they are that damned stupid, they deserve to be caught.

Had a guy at one of the KY102 Day in the Park concerts filling his bong with ice water from a cooler in the back of his El Camino. Was I lurking in the bushes to observe this? Hell no. I was on a quarter horse patrolling the parking lot and only a car length away from him. It's not like I was hiding.

On probation for previous drug activity. Didn't arrest him. Prepared a report to send to the DA and his PO. If they want to dick with his stupid ass, then so be it. I had better things to do.

But he lost his pot and his bong.

Probably still in the evidence room 25+ years later.
