What are you going to do to make sure my son gets good grades and stays out of trouble. What housing is available. Food, amenities. Class schedule. This young man sounds like a very solid individual who makes good choices, is close to his family, and pop wants to make sure no bad influences have easy access, and he progresses with the academics for as long as he may stay.
Then there is the basketball side. Who will be handling my son's position training, strength training, are you going to reinforce the fundamentals I made him learn, and want him to continue, so he will be a complete player, and not one dimensional, what are the time requirements/schedule to meet all of his obligations.
Someone with his parents' experience knows all the little things to ask, so they don't become big things later. He, like MJP is in an excellent position to be able to enjoy the experience without the pressure of money needs bearing down on him.
That's my guess.
