See Roe v. Wade, which may not be the most reasoned decision the Supreme Court has ever handed down, but it's the "law of the land".
So, the issue isn't whether Planned Parenthood can exist, but how it's going to be funded. Dems are going to fund it. The GOP isn't. It's one of those the majority decides issues. And in my judgment no big deal whether its government funded or not.
BTW, there's nothing in the Constitution that says your tax money can only be used for programs, etc. that you do not find morally acceptable.
