Since Obamacare was implemented, every insurance policy must cover preventative care and screening tests at no cost (free) to the patient (Free = no copay, no deductible).

Mamogram? Free
Pap smear? Free
STD testing? Free
Pregnancy Test? Free

If every legal resident of the US is required by law to carry health insurance, what service does PPH perform that every legal resident of the US would not get free of charge from any doctor or hospital in the country?

That's right.. an abortion.
