Recruiting is probably not the best term

Since on the surface all private schools have enrollment #s to hit and "recruit" kids to their school. Now, what becomes questionable is if a private school allows kids in who don't meet whatever admission requirements might be in place or give them a free ride to attend. As someone who received a scholarship to go to Chaminade, this is again an area that would be hard to police since financial aid and scholarships are awarded to prospective students and can be justified.
