his last four years at Dayton he made the tourney all four times and got to an elite 8 similar to when Sean was at Xavier. He also made one elite 8 and made the tourney four times while at Xavier.

Seems like a lot of parallels and an odd conclusion to draw that somehow he got the IU job because of his brother. Dude has been nothing but a proven winner so far in his coaching career. And he is only 38.
