The silence from UI and Tilmon indicates that he's re-thinking his commitment. Obviously, that's what other people are thinking as well, e.g. 247.

The longer this plays out, the more I like our chances. My concern was that he would immediately re-confirm his commitment to UI after the meeting with Underwood yesterday, but that hasn't happened.
